Founder & Director
David Cox is the Founder & Director of CrossTimbers Father/Son Ministry. Over the past 20 years, David has worked in ministry to teach and diciple young men for the Lord. He has mentored and trained over 13 young men to achieve the highest award in the Royal Ranger Ministry. God has given David a passion to help minister to fathers and their children. He believes that being a father is one of the highest callings that a man can receive. His prayer is to be able to use this ministry to help other fathers to become a hero in their childrens eyes and at the same time, help shape the next generation. David has recently became a prostaffer for Mossy Oak. David is married to Becky. They have been married for 24 years. They have 3 children. Chelsea - 22, Amanda - 20 & Ethan - 19.

Mission: To help build, strengthen & restore the relationship between a father & his son, no matter what the age through outdoor activities and adventures. Together, we will create priceless memories & deepen the relationships with our children through trust, respect, communication and love. Through God's grace, emotional wounds can be healed,and hearts & lives restored through forgiveness. We will pursue a biblical vision for their life and teach the next generation how to become a man after God's own heart.
Prayer Support is the most important aspect of helping our ministry. We are in great need of your prayers. We would appreciate your commitment to pray for CrossTimbers & it's leadership.
Volunteer: If you are interested in volunteering at one of our events or camps, we can always use the help. There are many different areas to volunteer such as registration, cooking, activities etc.
Host: Dads (dads & devotions) is our monthly breakfast for dads. If you would like to host one of our DADS at your church, we will provide the breakfast & devotion. All you need to do is provide the place. This offers an opportunity for churches to get their men's group involved.
